Privacy policy

This policy explains how RoboticsInquiry collects, uses, and protects the information you submit through this site. By using the site you agree to the terms below. This is a plain-English summary; we recommend a legal review before any production launch.

What we collect

• Inquiry submissions — name, work email, company, phone, country, the product you are asking about, and the free-text message you send us via the inquiry form.
• Attribution context — the UTM parameters, gclid (Google Ads click ID), referring page, and landing page that brought you to the site.
• Request metadata — IP address, user agent, locale, and timestamp recorded when you submit the inquiry form. Used for fraud / spam detection and rate-limiting.
• Analytics — if you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 and (when running paid campaigns) Google Ads conversion measurement. Until you accept, no analytics scripts load.

Third parties

• Supabase — stores inquiry submissions in a hosted PostgreSQL database (EU or US region depending on project).
• Resend — delivers inquiry notification and auto-reply emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — used as a CAPTCHA on the inquiry form. No tracking cookies.
• Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager / Google Ads — only loaded if you accept cookies. Used to measure traffic and campaign performance.
• Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights — anonymous Core Web Vitals telemetry. No personal data collected.

How long we keep data

Inquiry submissions are retained for 36 months by default, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics retention follows Google's default 14-month setting unless overridden.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by emailing info@roboticsinquiry.com. We respond within 30 days.
